These wooden Villas are next to the rice paddies and are built on traditional stilts in traditional Vietnamese architecture. They overlook the resorts’ rice paddies. Guests can enjoy all-day dining at the resort’s nerve centre, Nhà O. The area – whose name means "house full of life"– comprises a bright patio, the main restaurant with panoramic views, a covered terrace and an outdoor bar beside the main pool.

Ham Bar

Very intimate, almost hidden, Hầm Bar is a beautiful cocktail bar located in the main building. Its name can be translated into ‘shelter bar’, perfectly illustrating this secluded and modern cocktail bar's “gentlemen’s club” spirit. Hầm Bar is a fusion of Vietnamese and French styles, with some design references to Indochina, including a rococo-style décor and aristocratic influences. A selection of premium spirits and sophisticated creative cocktails is on offer in this intimate cocktail bar.

Bai Hai

The traditional restaurant offers a culinary journey and an invitation to dive into Vietnam's authentic, minimalist and sophisticated cuisine. Overlooking the rice fields of the property, Bà Hai is an impressive 12-meter high building on stilts, characteristic of its steep sloped (almost vertical) ceiling made of bamboo, rattan and wood. Open every evening, Bà Hai offers four fixed menus (to share). Each of them features ten communal dishes and one dessert that best reflects the four main cuisines of Vietnam from the North, South, the Center and vegetarian options.

Lang Chai Beach Restaurant

Located on the beach, Làng Chài is characteristic of a typical “fisherman village”. Built-in wood, on stilts, and facing the sea, the traditional-style huts host a restaurant, a grill and a lively beach bar. It focuses on fresh fish and seafood prepared on request in an open kitchen. All day long, guests can enjoy freshly caught local fish & seafood. The barbecue hut offers a selection of grilled meat and pizzas directly from the wood oven. A Bánh Mì station (traditional Vietnamese sandwiches) completes the offer with a selection of homemade Italian ice cream for the sweet tooth.
