Activities
Located in the middle of a lush, tropical landscape and designed with attention to detail, the spa offers the ideal environment to relax and leave everyday life behind. The luxurious design is inspired by the tropical beauty of the island of Mauritius. A spacious outdoor pool catches the natural light and creates a gentle feel-good atmosphere. The inner garden is planted with fragrant hibiscus and frangipani, shaded and protected by an ancient Indian almond tree. The perfect place for the 20 thatched treatment cabins.
The sports and fitness program is overwhelming: water skiing, kite surfing and windsurfing, sailing (sailing school), snorkeling, kayaking, pedal boats, glass bottom boats, 6 tennis courts (floodlit), table tennis, fitness center, bike rental and much more.
The PADI diving school at Shandrani Beachcomber is PADI certified and guides you to fabulous dive sites.
The children's club at Shandrani, for children aged 3 to 11, is housed in a Creole-style pavilion in the middle of the tropical gardens and offers plenty of space for child-friendly activities outside and inside. The Petit Club is specially designed for toddlers aged 2-3 years.
