The Resort
The Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, in the south of the Maldives, is a breathtaking sight to behold. One of the largest and largely untouched atolls in the country, it is just 30 km from the equator. Its location promises awe-inspiring natural experiences above and below water, connecting you to the beauty of our planet.
Set on the exclusive 15-hectare private island of Magudhuva in the Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, Ayada Maldives offers a secluded paradise with uninterrupted views of the azure waters, verdant foliage, and pristine coral reefs. This remote location ensures absolute privacy and is a haven for water sports enthusiasts. The resort's unique setting and luxurious amenities make it a standout choice for discerning travellers.
Ayada Maldives offers a truly luxurious retreat in true Maldivian style. Enjoy 8 restaurants, villas with private infinity pools and an award-winning spa.
You can reach the resort from Male by combining a domestic flight to the Huvadhoo Atoll and a subsequent boat trip, which takes around 1.5 hours. A resort employee will wait for you at the arrival gate in Male and accompany you on your transfer.

Activities & Wellbeing
The breathtaking coral reefs and crystal-clear waters of the Gaafu-Dhaalu Atoll offer ideal conditions for divers and snorkelers. Experience colourful schools of fish, manta rays, and occasionally whale sharks up close. The atoll is home to some of the best Maldives diving spots, suitable for beginners and experienced divers and managed by the PADI Dive Center.
Those who prefer sports above the water are spoiled for choice: catamaran sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, water skiing, banana boats, and jet skis are all on offer. Private excursions such as island hopping, dolphin-watching tours, fishing, or romantic sunset cruises are also available. Some sports activities are subject to a fee.
The "AySpa" is hidden in the middle of the island, wonderfully surrounded by dense greenery. In 8 spa bungalows, you can enjoy treatments for body and soul and, as a highlight, the only Turkish hammam in the Maldives. There is also a steam bath, sauna, hydro bath, mani/pedi salon, and hairdresser.
