average rating:
It was an enjoyable experience to stay at Cape Panwa Hotel. The Junior Suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the beach was splendid, the staff service was excellent, the spa was great, and dinner at the Panwa House was superb! If I may give some constructive advice, the breakfast could be improved by always offering warm pancakes and French toast (they were cold), they could come to me more often for coffee refills, they could probably pay more attention when they cleaned the room. One thing I wouldn't say I liked either was the tap water smelled terrible. During the first half of my stay, the hotel was packed with guests and I had difficulty finding an open deck chair on the beach. But overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Huge resort in the South East built in the 80s. 1. Important to book one category higher / suit, best view from building F 2. dine at the property at PANWA HOUSE - an old mansion with excellent Thai food (reserve seat on loggia) 3. positive privat beach 4. hotel is NOT good as a pre / post stay for cruises by STAR CLIPPERS. SC starts from west coast / Patong > 1h drive / EUR 30.

Schöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage direkt am Strand
